MCD Professionals November 12, 2026 Presentation & Luncheon – “Noncompliant Clients”

Join the Maryland Collaborative Divorce professionals at West End Grill for lunch program focusing on dealing with non-compliant clients in the Collaborative Divorce Process.

Noncompliant Clients: Barbara Burr, Esq. and Lisa Herrick, PhD co-present on how to handle noncompliant clients within the Collaborative Divorce Process. Barbara Burr is the founding president of the DC Academy of Collaborative Professionals and a founding member of the Collaborative Practice Training Institute, in addition to being the founder of Burr Law Firm. Lisa Herrick is a Collaborative Professional, serving as Divorce Coach and Child Specialist. She has earned a PH.D. in Clinical Psychology and is a member of Virginia Collaborative Professionals and Collaborative Professionals of Northern Virginia.
